The Business Developer will work closely with the CEO, CGO, and sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include generating and managing new business opportunities, attending conventions, and closing deals. This position is also responsible for reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue while ensuring the fast development of strategies to secure new markets.

As a Business Developer, you will coordinate a range of tasks simultaneously for multiple projects, and thus, attention to detail is of the utmost importance. KPIs
/Ability to manage BD plan indicators (bookings, proposals, contacts, and sales pipeline).
/Opening of new markets;
/Increase of sales volume by location;
/Ability to negotiate sales of additional and/or more expensive products or services;
/Customer acquisition cost.
Responsibilities
/Constantly monitor the market and engage in competitive intelligence to understand emerging market challenges and opportunities;
/Pursues the development of strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances;
/Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline;
/Suggesting ideas and overseeing cross-sectional projects that foster the creation and marketing of new offers, new services, or the conquest of new markets;
/Work with Growth, Marketing, and Communications leadership to identify, communicate and prioritize business development initiatives;
/Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue;
/Gather useful information from customer and competitor data;
/Provides general intelligence on key competitors;
/Lost bid analysis;
/Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders;
/Works with the team to ensure the sales are aligned with production capabilities;
/Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business;
/Meet with clients regularly and build a sufficient pipeline of opportunities to reach sales targets;
/Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions;
/Follow up on all new leads and referrals in a timely manner;
Skill/Experience
/3 to 5 years in a similar role; experience with business development in architecture, archviz studio, real estate development, marketing, advertising agency, and/or related field;
/English native speaker (fluency in another language is a plus);
/Have an interest and affinity for market research in architecture and design;
/Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
/Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment, often under tight deadlines;
/Robust negotiation skills;
/Ability to travel to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions;
/Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software;
/Experience with the luxury market;
/Must have valid work authorization in the United States;
