The Senior 3D Artist is a confident artist who produces images with a high level of complexity, considering a high level of detail and information, be a reference for the team in artistic and technical questions. Ability to organize production and delegate tasks.

Senior 3D Artist Primary Responsabilities

 

/Produce high-quality and inspirational images whilst working with deadlines;

/Estimate time to complete tasks;

/Able to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently;

/Positive approach to feedback;

/A good understanding of Light and Color, along with composition and basic art principles;

/Understand architectural terminology, and ability to read complex drawings;

/Unwrap and texture following material specifications provided by the client, creating realistic materials that enhance the architecture;

/Create complex and unusual materials with a great level of accuracy and fidelity to references;

/Lighting the scene with realism providing appropriate lighting techniques, being able to light paint and use theatrical lighting techniques when necessary;

/Work on the images to replicate any proposed mood;

/Use Photoshop for post-processing and color grading;

/Proficiency in Post-production techniques (creating and editing textures, masks, etc)

/Camera match for photomontages;

/Master production of 360 images and how to create virtual tours;

/Preparation of the flight plan for drone photography;

/Solve complex problems that may arise during projects;

/Able to research solutions to either artistic or technical issues when they arise;

/Oversee and mentor intermediate and junior visualization artists helping them to achieve the best results and grow in their careers;

/Evaluate the progress of your peers;

/Provide research, testing new software, techniques, and industry trends;

/Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and problem-solving in the face of challenging situations and deadlines;

/Be innovative, with an eye for both the whole and the detail;

/Be a flexible team player with a sense of initiative;

/Be loyal and true to organizational principles;

/5+ years of experience working in Architectural Visualization companies;

/Artistic sensitivity;

/Experience working with teams;

/Adaptability and an enthusiasm for continuous learning;

/Self-motivate and takes challenges with minimum direction, with the ability to see when something needs to be done and react accordingly;

/Ability to self-motivate while operating effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

/Must work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

/Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;

/Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks;

/Ability to present ideas in friendly language;

/Advanced post-production techniques (people placement, other elements compositing);

/Be able to work in complex scenes without supervision;

/Ability to work on photomontages, aligning cameras to the photographs (camera match);
