We specialize in crafting sophisticated and uniquely creative storytelling, 3D renderings, animations, and films specially tailored to a property’s life cycle.
Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.
We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.
Elephant Skin is looking for a Creative Director to manage all the visual and copy direction. The position is critical to help develop and manage the brand guidelines. As the brand champion, the Creative Director will be pivotal in helping guide and manage the conversations and decisions about how best to make an emotional product presentation.

/Be a maker. In the near term, you will need to roll up your sleeves and do some art direction and design work, while building out the team of creatives you will lead.
/Supports the overall efforts of the internal creative department by delivering innovative projects with solid, articulated creative strategy.
/Takes an active role in brand briefings; effectively accepts and challenges alternate recommendations based on brand creative strategy.
/Ensures that a high quality of creativity is upheld with an impeccable attention to detail.
/Studies the creative marketplace; stays current with trends and innovation.
/Maintains, translates and extends the product brand equities' look and feel.
/Ensures timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function and business partners.
/Judges creative concepts; clearly communicates creative direction to others.
/Engages in long term client relations with a dedication to the client business needs.
/Delivers professional client presentations in a clear, concise and direct manner that are engaging, visually compelling, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale and strategy.
/Partners with the leaderships to establish budgets, timelines and deliverables and ensure adherence to budget restrictions.
/Conducts internal reviews of creative projects with team; guides, coaches and mentors staff.
/Identifies and obtains staff capabilities needed to accomplish objectives.
/Oversees quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring and evaluating staff performance, workload, creative output and project processes.
/Craft a meaningful and strategic brand story
/Manage staff and freelance creative teams.
/Conscious financial decision making with regard to creative development
Skill / Experience
/Advanced level of English
/Supervisory/management experience. Skilled in Leadership and team collaboration.
/Expert in developing and defining design strategy; refining designs from creation through development and implementation.
/Innovation and branding identity experience
/Experience handling constructive criticism.
/Expert at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
/Strong innovative design skills and thinking.
/Knowledge of print production.
/Exceptional presentation and communication skills
/Expert maintaining composure under pressure and effectively coping with change and multitasking.
/Demonstrated ability defining brands from the ground up including brand guidelines, tone of voice, and design systems
/Track record working with designers/copywriters/videographers and delivering work across all mediums (print, web, mobile, video)
/Creative thinker who appreciates diverse perspectives and collaboration
/Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
/Excellent mentoring skills
/User Experience (UX) design training or experience is preferred
