Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.

 

We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.

The Financial Controller position is instrumental in overseeing and optimizing financial processes to maximize organizational value. The role focuses on project budget management, team’s allocation reporting, financial reporting, and establishing internal controls for compliance. This individual will collaborate with executive leadership, contributing to the implementation of strategic financial plans. Key goals include ensuring data compliance across sectors, developing and keeping track of project budgets, and providing analytical support. Skills required include financial management expertise, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in tools like Power BI and SQL.

Financial Controller Main Responsibilities
/Reviews data inputs across sectors for compliance. 

/Collaborates with teams to ensure adherence to financial standards.

/Analyzes project financial results and communicates findings.

/Develops and maintains databases supporting financial and process information.

/Creates and updates Power BI dashboards for project financials.

/Provides training and support to project teams on budget management.

/Collaborates with cross-functional teams for data accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
/Oversees operational processes from a financial perspective.

/Establishes, ensures and maintains internal controls for compliance.

/Develops and monitors budgets.

/Analyzes and reports projects financial results.

/Supports IT and strategy teams in database creation and maintenance.

/Creates and maintains Power BI dashboards.

/Provides training and support on budget management.

/Assists in the integration of financial tools and platforms.

/Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, M, Power Query, and Excel;
