We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to manage our finance routines, specifically in the areas of web banking, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth financial operations, ensuring timely payments and collections, and effectively communicating with our banking partners.

/Effective collaboration and communication with the team and stakeholders;

/Financial Budget Management Accuracy;

/Maintain strong, effective relationships with banking institutions.

Responsibilities:

/Ensure all bank transactions are recorded accurately in the company’s financial system;

/Monitor and manage cash flow between the company and the bank, ensuring adequate funds for operations;

/Handle day-to-day communication with banks, including resolving issues and ensuring smooth processing of financial transactions;

/Prepare regular reports on cash flow, bank activity, and outstanding payables and receivables;

/Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports to management, ensuring accurate reflection of financial status;

/Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Skill/Experiences:

/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;

/Proven experience in finance, banking relations, or a similar role;

/Strong understanding of web banking systems and financial transaction processes;

/Familiarity with accounting software, Excel and ERP systems;

/Experience with accounts payable and receivable management;

/Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;

/Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

/Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
