We specialize in crafting sophisticated and uniquely creative storytelling, 3D renderings, animations, and films specially tailored to a property’s life cycle.
Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.
We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.
We are looking for a finance assistant to support our financial department. The responsibilities of a finance assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.
As a finance assistant, you should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. Ultimately, a top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.

/Proven ability to successfully manage conflicts
/Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
/Proficient in Google Suites.
/Creates and maintains onboarding schedules
/Research onboarding best practices and incorporate them in the onboarding process
/Connect the new employee with key information, resources, and people within the organization via the onboarding process
/Evaluate and select tools to assist with the automation of onboarding processes
/Collects analyze and reports training data. Identifies relevant data correlations to maintain program success and initiate improvements where applicable.
/Onboard all new employees, such as the explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices, and procedures.
/Help acclimate new hires to our Core Values and company processes, and help them hit the ground running on their teams
/Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to successfully fill open positions to achieve business goals and objectives.
/Assist in the full hiring process of employees, including recruitment, interviews, verifying work history and references, and tracking of new possible candidates
/Reviews candidate resumes and may conduct interviews via telephone or video conference to assess candidates' strengths
/Organize, maintain and update the pool of talents information as needed
/Prepare materials and help organize employee performance reviews
/Updating job postings.
/Schedule and conduct performance reviews
