Elephant Skin is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to take care of our Elephants. But wait, we are around the world, we are not a one-person show, so are you prepare for the challenge?
You will be responsible for developing standards and procedures for hiring, training, and employee relations. This position will hire staff to fill the needs of the company and following the culture of the company's long-term strategic plans. The HR Manager we are looking for will be able to work with different languages, cultures, and minds, and guide them in the same direction.

What we're looking for:
/Manage, train, and motivate all personnel in HR procedures and requirements;
/Manage adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations;
/Establish and guide the execution of comprehensive training and employee improvement plan;
/Organize and manage employee reviews;
/Organize employee skills and reassignment within the factory as required;
/Work with supervisors and managers to address and implement employee suggestions and improvements;
/Manage reporting and discipline for safety and conduct violations;
/Provide support as required for IT services, office services, and general inquiries;
/Provide leadership to maintain a safe and courteous workplace;
/Work with supervisors and managers to improve Elephant Skin's employee handbook.
/Experience working with groups/ teams;
/Proven track record of establishing employee growth plans and increasing employee morale;
/Ability to develop and improve the company's culture;
/Ability to create and enhance the company's culture;
/Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
/Bilingual in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
/Ability to address and solve issues related to employee difficulties, misconduct, or organization;
