Mid-Level Art Director

​

The Mid-Level Art Director plays a central role in executing and maintaining the creative quality of ES projects. This position is responsible for translating strategy and concept into a consistent, sophisticated, and well-resolved visual language, directly contributing to the overall standard of project delivery. The role involves close collaboration with creative leadership and multidisciplinary teams, participating in conceptual development and ensuring visual consistency across different formats and project fronts. We are looking for someone with a strong visual repertoire, executional autonomy, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous projects and a high level of rigor.

/Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts and creative extensions for branding, communication, and presentation projects

• Translate strategic direction into clear, consistent, and sophisticated visual language

• Ensure aesthetic quality and consistency across all deliverables

• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and other project stakeholders

• Refine creative proposals and contribute to elevating the overall visual standard of work

• Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and visual perspective

• Support presentations and client interactions when necessary

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and consistency

• Collaborate with junior designers, supporting their development

• Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the creative team

• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and the use of AI in the creative process

 

/Ideal Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in art direction

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Experience in developing visual concepts and extending brand identities

• Ability to structure visual presentations with clarity and a high level of finish

• Knowledge of production for digital and print formats

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles

• Experience with AI tools applied to the creative process

• Basic knowledge of photography and video is a plus

• Motion design is a plus

• Organized profile, with autonomy, attention to detail, and accountability for deadlines
