Elephant Skin is looking for an experienced Product Owner to work directly with the art director, client manager, senior 3d artists, and other 3D artists. It is expected that the candidate has experience leading team and managing projects.

You will work and lead on multiple projects as part of a team, with the ability to deliver quality work to deadlines. You will demonstrate experience and interest in communicating and coordinating current and new clients.

/Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and successfully execute multiple projects concurrently

Job Responsibilities:

 

/Responsible for the quality standards of the deliverables

/Acts as an expert resource to production teams in all phases of the development process.

/Pass on knowledge and help members of the team to develop their skills

/Develop scope and define backlog items

/Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete analysis to stay on track towards deliverable commitments.

/Work closely with other departments of the office in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.

/Follow our competitors and the industry

/Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects

/Collaborates with the Client Manager to establish the product  and roadmap

/Works with others to remove delivery roadblocks

/Coordinate international freelancers
