Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.

 

We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to manage our finance routines, specifically in the areas of web banking, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth financial operations, ensuring timely payments and collections, and effectively communicating with our banking partners.

What You’ll Do (with support and collaboration):

/Work closely with the Director of Finance to support our finance routine;

/Perform daily bank reconciliations (bank vs. financial system) for accounts and credit cards in Brazil, Canada, and the U.S;

/Manage invoices and tax documents: issuance, replacement, submission, and compliance;

/Maintain communication with clients and suppliers regarding invoices, payment terms, and data corrections; monitor and follow up on receivables;

/Process domestic and international payments, reimbursements, and intercompany transactions;

/Support accounting by preparing and sending documents, statements, and reports (P&L, cash flow, reconciliations);

/Update and maintain financial system records, including project commissions and employee benefits (Flash platform);

/Oversee software licenses and assist IT with renewals;

/Support HR processes: onboarding new hires with financial procedures, coordinating offboarding settlements with Legal;

/Assist with administrative tasks such as booking travel and accommodations;

What We’re Looking For;

/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields;

/Proven experience in finance, banking relations, or a similar role;                                   

/Knowledge of bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and financial reporting;

/Familiarity with international operations (payments, invoices, intercompany) is a plus;

/Familiarity with accounting software, Excel and ERP systems;

/Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

/Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
/Intermediate/Advanced English required for international interactions;​​
