In our small team, the Full Stack Developer plays a pivotal role by not only managing product development but also actively contributing to both front-end and back-end tasks. This versatile position demands leadership in defining the product vision and hands-on technical expertise to ensure our web and mobile applications meet both user needs and technical standards. Collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders is essential for delivering impactful solutions.

Main Responsibilities
/Distribute Tasks: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and capacity.

/Code Review: Check front-end code for best practices and efficiency, and back-end code for security and performance.

/Support Specific Tasks: Help front-end with design and API integration, and back-end with API implementation and database optimization.

/Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between front-end and back-end teams, organize status meetings and brainstorming sessions.

/Documentation and Best Practices: Ensure code documentation is up-to-date and promote coding standards.
/Planning activities.

/Daily stand-up meeting to discuss progress and priorities.

/Coding, including developing and implementing features.

/Code review to ensure best practices and efficiency.

/Supporting front-end and back-end teams with specific tasks.

/Updating documentation and checking coding standards.

/Reviewing completed tasks and planning for the next steps.

/Wrapping up the day and preparing for the next.

Skills/Experience
/Must be proficient in, and be able to showcase excellent React, HTML, NODE.JS and SQL skills.
/An organized approach to work;

/Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks;

/Ability to present ideas in friendly language;

/Problem solving attitude;
