We specialize in crafting sophisticated and uniquely creative storytelling, 3D renderings, animations, and films specially tailored to a property’s life cycle.

 

Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.

 

We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.

As an HR Analyst at Elephant Skin, you will support our growing team by handling key HR operations, administrative tasks, and people initiatives. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our databases, documents, and processes organized and up to date, while helping build a positive, engaging, and well-supported work environment for all our collaborators along with the Finance and Communications Teams.

KPIs:

/SLA for onboarding and offboarding of service providers;

/Accuracy in processing benefits, reimbursements, and commissions;

/Response time to internal requests related to People operations;

/Compliance with operational deadlines (e.g., payments, benefits, data updates);

Responsibilities:

/Maintain and update service provider records, spreadsheets, and documentation across platforms;

/Support onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and compensation adjustments in coordination with relevant stakeholders;

/Manage and process benefits through platforms platforms (new registrations, card issuance, monthly updates); /Ensure data alignment across databases in collaboration with Data and IT teams;

/Assist the Finance team with benefit tracking, payments, commissions, and travel reimbursements;

/Schedule and monitor financial processes using the Financial ERP;

/Act as a liaison between service providers and internal departments to resolve operational matters;

/Assist with internal communication by organizing announcements, meetings, feedback sessions, and internal events;

Requirements;

/Previous experience in People operations or administrative HR support;

/Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with HR/finance EPR;                                   

/Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Nice to Have;

/Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

/Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

/Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;

/Collaborative approach and ability to work with cross-functional teams;                                             

/Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment;
