We specialize in crafting sophisticated and uniquely creative storytelling, 3D renderings, animations, and films specially tailored to a property’s life cycle.

 

Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.

 

We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.

The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for our clients to promote and sell real estate developments.

The Marketing Manager works closely with clients and the team to ensure that all of them have access to the best possible resources.

The marketing manager may also be tasked with coming up with innovative marketing campaigns and their development.

Responsibilities

/Lead and inspire creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;

/Work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and other specialists to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns;

/Develop and mentor key talent within the organization;

/Participate and assist with Leadership Development initiatives;

/Coordinate the production and execution of the playbook (Phase 1 and Phase 2);

/Responsible for formulating marketing strategies and managing Full Campaign projects, ensuring alignment with comprehensive campaign scopes, deadlines, resource allocation, and budgets;

/Implements marketing strategies, tactics and programs by planning and facilitating activities to deliver meaningful results;

/Ensures that marketing activities align with brand strategy, identify and realize cost-saving opportunities  

/Design relevant marketing strategies for teaser, launch and tempo campaigns;

/Coordinate marketing and PR and event strategies for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy;

/Responsible for coordinating the marketing strategy of Sales environments and all parties involved in executing the project;

/Manage Strategy Campaign schedules and oversees the development of all assets to support the campaigns. 

/Understand research on economic conditions in the local market for a strong understanding of product types, trends and stats;

/Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continuous updates;

/Develop creative briefs and other strategic documents for clients to add value;

/Prepare for meetings in advance, send agenda 24 hours in advance of meeting, and send minutes after each client meeting;

/Coordinate marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements as well as oversee the entire playbook unfolding process with other teams;

/Assess and resolve problems that may arise during projects;

/Manages the activities of the team in order to ensure the timely achievement of departmental objectives, following standard business procedures and practices;

/Report to the Directors and C-Level when required;

/The Marketing Manager is responsible for preparing and managing the budget allocated to the campaign alongside all coordinators, PM, Financial Controller and MD. This includes allocating funds to different channels and activities to maximize the impact.

/Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets

/Specialist knowledge of sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis.

/Ability to manage budgets and control costs, and gather, interpret and make best use of data to increase sales.

/Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.

/Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
