Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.
We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.
The Senior 3D Film Artist is an experienced artist who produces key frames with and
animations a high level of complexity, considering a high level of detail and information, being a reference for the team in artistic and technical matters. Has the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way.
/Ability to work on complex scenes;
/Aptitude to train and mentor middleweight and junior artists.
/Pro activity and study of new tools.
/Create complex animations and solve animation problems creatively.
/Ability to monitor and organize renders on the render farm and help the team.
/Communicate with project owner, clients, and other team members to ensure
that they understand the progress of a project;
/Produce high-quality and inspirational keyframes whilst working with deadlines;
/Estimate time to complete tasks;
/Review client requests for changes to existing designs and make adjustments
/Oversee and mentor junior visualization artists;
/Evaluate progress of your peers;
/Work with other members of the art department to create concept designs and
renderings of buildings and landscapes;
/Working on realistic lighting and rendering;
/Lighting the scene with realism providing appropriate lighting techniques, being
able to light paint and use theatrical lighting techniques when necessary;
/Clear understanding of render elements and their applications in post
/Scene optimization (texture resolutions, Quixel Megascans, displacement,
number of lights, etc..);
/Best practices regarding geometry (proxies, Xrefs, chamfers, turbosmooth,
/Engaging in technical and aesthetic problem-solving efforts;
/Unwrap and texture following material specifications provided by the client,
creating realistic materials that enhance the architecture;
/Create flight plan
/Provide research, testing new software, techniques, and industry trends.
/5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist for Archviz;
/1+ year of experience as Intermediate 3D Film Artist;
/Ability to generate new ideas and solutions;
/Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team;
/Robust problem solving skills to identify problems and generate assertive
/Good organizational skills, in order to manage folders, documents and archives
in a clutter-free environment.
/Ability to efficiently manage your time, allowing you to prioritize tasks and
/Be able to work in complex scenes with minimum supervision;
/Be an expert in Photoshop, 3ds max and corona render;
/Advanced knowledge of Forest Pack tools
/Knowledge of VFX techniques (Chaos Phoenix FD, Marvelous Designer).
/Understand architectural terminology, ability to read complex drawings;
/Be innovative, with an eye for both the whole and the detail;
/Be a flexible team player with a sense of initiative;
/Be loyal and true to organizational principles;
/Be able to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
