It is time of Brava.
A new icon on Brazil’s southern coast. Developed by MUZE and designed by the legendary Foster + Partners, Tempo marks a transformative moment for luxury real estate in Latin America.
The creative inteligence for real estate

Tempo
Tempo is a landmark residential and hospitality development on Brazil’s southern coast. Developed by MUZE and designed by Foster + Partners, the project establishes a new reference for design-led real estate in Latin America.
Located in Praia Brava, Tempo comprises seven residential towers and a hotel operated by Emiliano, integrating architecture, landscape, and lifestyle into a cohesive coastal destination. The project was conceived to create long-term value through a strong relationship with its natural setting.
Elephant Skin partnered with MUZE as an integrated go-to-market and storytelling advisor, translating the project’s ambition into a clear commercial narrative and execution strategy. The work was structured around a central concept—time as a valuable asset—guiding positioning, messaging, and experience design.
Elephant Skin’s scope included the commercialization playbook, brand narrative, content systems, launch execution, and high-performance visual assets, all developed as part of a single sales and conversion system.
To support launch and sales enablement, E_SC is delivering an immersive experience, while BEES provides the dedicated sales platform, integrating galleries, floor plans, and live tour functionality.

Before developing narrative, visuals, or sales tools, Elephant Skin led a commercial intelligence phase to define how TEMPO should enter the market and sustain value over time.
This phase focused on demand pools, buyer hierarchy, competitive dynamics, and price sensitivity, structuring the project as a single go-to-market system where positioning, pricing logic, unit mix, and release sequencing were aligned from the outset.
For TEMPO, this resulted in clearly defined target buyers, pricing corridors, and absorption logic, consolidated into a commercialization playbook that guided the developer, sales teams, and broker network throughout the project lifecycle.
By anchoring the launch in data-driven commercial logic, TEMPO entered the market with a disciplined strategy designed to protect pricing and support sustained sales velocity.
Building on the commercial strategy, Elephant Skin developed a clear positioning and narrative framework to support pricing, reduce friction in the sales process, and differentiate TEMPO in a competitive market.
This work translated market insights into a disciplined story aligned with buyer motivations, sales arguments, and long-term value perception. Rather than relying on generic branding, the narrative was designed to be repeatable, defensible, and consistent across all channels and stakeholders.
For TEMPO, this resulted in a cohesive positioning system that guided messaging, sales discourse, and content development, ensuring the project could be clearly articulated, understood, and justified by buyers throughout the sales cycle.
Elephant Skin designed the end-to-end buyer journey to control perception at the point of decision, guiding how the project is understood, experienced, and evaluated by buyers.
The work focused on structuring the sales center strategy—across physical and digital environments—defining visitation flow, storytelling sequence, and presentation order. Typologies and key conversion moments were intentionally prioritized to align information delivery with buyer readiness and decision logic.
Every interaction was designed as part of a single system, reinforcing value, reducing friction in the sales process, and supporting faster, higher-quality decisions.
Elephant Skin develops visual and experiential assets as commercial tools, designed to support decision-making rather than serve as standalone marketing materials.
This work includes high-performance renderings, films and motion assets, interactive and immersive experiences, and environments integrated directly into the sales process. All content is structured to clarify the product, reinforce value, and align with the broader go-to-market strategy.
These systems are designed to reduce uncertainty in off-plan sales, sustain pricing perception, increase conversion rates, and shorten decision cycles—operating as part of the sales engine, not as decorative outputs.
Elephant Skin led the execution of the project launch and established the systems required to sustain sales performance beyond day one.
This work included structuring phased release strategies, developing sales and broker enablement tools, and standardizing commercial discourse across teams and channels. Launch execution was supported by clear pricing logic, urgency mechanics, and consistent messaging aligned with the overall go-to-market strategy.
Post-launch, performance was continuously monitored through feedback loops tracking absorption, pricing behavior, and buyer response. Insights were used to refine strategy, adjust releases, and optimize execution—protecting margin, velocity, and capital timing throughout the sales cycle.

“Müze was born in one of Brazil’s most competitive real estate markets, the North Coast of Santa Catarina, where we identified a clear opportunity to elevate the standard of branded residences in Balneário Camboriú. We were looking for a partner capable of delivering a truly global level of strategy and execution, and Elephant Skin proved to be exactly that. From the first conversation, there was immediate alignment, and they consistently delivered beyond what the local market was accustomed to.”

Tempo illustrates how architectural ambition, when guided by a disciplined go-to-market system, can be translated into long-term value. By aligning strategy, narrative, experience, and sales execution from the outset, the project was structured not as a momentary launch, but as a coherent, enduring asset. For Elephant Skin, Tempo represents an approach to real estate commercialization rooted in clarity, consistency, and respect for time—both as a concept and as a measure of value.
