Business Development Manager

 

The Business Development Manager will lead ES’s commercial efforts across the US East Coast. This role is responsible for originating, developing, and closing new business with real estate developers and related stakeholders. The position is highly autonomous and focused on building senior-level relationships and converting opportunities into long-term strategic engagements.

/Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the new business pipeline for ES across the US East Coast;

  • Identify, prospect, and engage real estate developers, owners, investors, and decision-makers;

  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close;

  • Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Sales, and Development leaders;

  • Sell strategic, consultative services focused on marketing, branding, and go-to-market strategy;

  • Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and technology teams to shape proposals;

  • Represent ES at industry events and maintain strong market intelligence on East Coast real estate trends.

 

/Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships;

  • Strong background in marketing, branding, advertising, or go-to-market strategy;

  • Proven track record selling high-value, consultative B2B services;

  • Comfortable engaging and selling to C-level and senior stakeholders;

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in remote environments;

  • Real estate experience or network is a strong plus.
