Some days, nothing seemed to move forward, no matter how strong you were.
Then came the Post-it. One tough afternoon, her boss stuck a note on her screen: “You need to develop your Elephant Skin. Focus. Keep moving forward.” It stuck. (And so did the Post-it.)
When it came time to build something of our own, we knew it had to be more than a company. We wanted to create something people could be part of — and proud of. That’s how Elephant Skin came to life.
It reminds us — every f%$#@ day — that life can be tough, unfair, and messy. But we move forward anyway. We move like elephants: bold, unstoppable, and grounded in who we are.

Our world turned out to be bigger, louder, and far more real than any set of industry standards could hold. We work hard. We care deeply. Maybe that’s our biggest “flaw.” You know that classic HR interview question — “What’s your biggest weakness?” Yeah, ours is that we care. A lot. That’s why we wake up every morning: to create, rethink, and give voice and soul to pieces of concrete and steel. Every project is unique. Every day is a new story, a closer step to leaving a mark.
