The Graphic Designer responsibilities include researching, planning, developing and implementing graphic design and technical illustration for a variety of deliverables including hard copy and on-line assets. This role requires creating and applying designs to the production of creative projects such as advertisements, publications, event displays, collateral and more. The Graphic Designer works closely with Creative Directors and other artists to meet the business needs while ensuring high quality control and project delivery in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

/Create, layout and revise deliverables using established style guides, templates and branding guidelines;

/Work simultaneously on multiple projects with set deadlines;

/Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media;

/Create printed products such as brochures;

/Support Art Directors and the Creative Director to bring the brand and seasonal expression to life across all marketing materials;

/Work within the requirements of our creative process;

/Process, react and solve problems as they arise;

/High attention to detail in updating and reviewing documents;

/Evaluate document design, format and file delivery, and suggests innovative approaches to problem solving;

Skills/Experience:

/Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;

/Demonstrative creative thinking and innovation;

/Proven expertise with the Adobe Cloud Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat);

/Able to meet tight deadlines individually and within a team;

/Demonstrate strong experience completing projects that require coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.;

/Experience gathering information and materials, as well as planning concepts by studying information and materials, managing workflow and scheduling;

/Understands page layout, such as composition, color space, imagery, and typography;

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects;

/Picks up on technical things quickly; is good at learning new industry, company, product, and/or technical developments of the business;
