Mansão Seara
Mansão Seara is a contemporary beachfront residential project conceived as an act of permanence.
Located on Fortaleza’s coastline, the architecture responds to light, horizon, and landscape with restraint—allowing proportion, materiality, and time to shape the experience.
Designed to establish a lasting relationship between city and sea, the project unfolds through filtered views, layered façades, and a calm architectural presence that integrates with its surroundings rather than imposing itself. The result is a living environment defined by balance, spatial continuity, and respect for place.
Elephant Skin partnered with Moura Dubeux to translate this architectural vision into a precise visual language. Our scope focused on the development of high-performance visual assets, cinematic films, and interactive systems—crafted to communicate the project’s essence with clarity and discipline.
Through still imagery, motion, and immersive experiences, the visual narrative was designed to express scale, atmosphere, and permanence, reinforcing the project’s architectural intent across every visual touchpoint.

A Visual Narrative Built on Consistency
From the outset, the visual language of Mansão Seara was conceived as a continuous system rather than isolated images. Every rendering, film, and animation was developed to belong to the same world—sharing tone, atmosphere, and point of view.
A central character and persona were introduced as narrative anchors throughout the campaign, allowing the project to be experienced through repetition and familiarity rather than novelty. This consistent presence helped establish emotional continuity, reinforcing the project’s identity across different formats and moments.
By returning to the same character, environments, and visual codes, the campaign created coherence over time. The result was a recognizable and disciplined visual narrative—one that strengthened perception, reduced noise, and allowed the project’s essence to remain clear and intact throughout its communication.
Arthur Casas’ architecture is defined by restraint, material honesty, and a deep sensitivity to place. His work avoids spectacle, focusing instead on proportion, light, and the way spaces are experienced through everyday use.
At Mansão Seara, this philosophy translates into a calm and precise architecture that engages its coastal context with care. Landscape, scale, and materiality come together to create environments where architecture does not impose itself, but quietly endures over time.
Benedito Abbud’s work integrates landscape and architecture through native vegetation, fluid circulation, and sensory experience. His approach shapes outdoor spaces that extend the built environment and invite comfort, coexistence, and well-being.
At Mansão Seara, the landscape design recreates the original coastal ecosystem, creating a smooth transition between city, beach, and building. The vegetation acts as living memory—framing views, softening scale, and reinforcing the project’s relationship with place.
Inner Architecture
The interiors of Mansão Seara are conceived as a natural extension of the architecture. Restrained materials, balanced proportions, and natural light shape calm, precise spaces designed for everyday living.
Controlled Presence
Artificial intelligence was used as a production tool to design and refine the characters featured throughout the campaign. This process allowed full control over appearance, behavior, and continuity—ensuring every figure aligned precisely with the architectural language and CGI environments.
Rather than introducing protagonism, the characters were calibrated to act as scale references and narrative support. Integrated seamlessly into the digital scenes, they reinforce realism, atmosphere, and coherence across stills and films—allowing human presence to feel natural, consistent, and fully integrated with the project’s visual system.
Fortaleza, Precisely Framed
Mansão Seara is located on Fortaleza’s Beira-Mar, between the calm waters of Mucuripe and the cultural energy of Praia de Iracema. This singular position offers permanent ocean views and a 180-degree horizon. The location is not a backdrop, but a defining element—shaping light, movement, and the everyday experience of living by the coast.
Moura Dubeux is a leading Brazilian real estate developer, recognized for a disciplined approach grounded in long-term value, territorial sensitivity, and execution rigor. Elephant Skin approached Mansão Seara in close alignment with the developer’s commercial needs and project timeline. Visual assets, films, and interactive systems were structured to support specific phases of the launch, ensuring each deliverable responded to a clear objective at the right moment. The teaser film was developed not only as a creative piece, but as a strategic tool—supporting early awareness, setting tone, and enabling initial conversations before full disclosure. By coordinating narrative, imagery, and timing, Elephant Skin helped maintain clarity, manage expectations, and sustain coherence throughout the project’s evolution.
