The Marketing Producer will be responsible for research and survey of suppliers, budgets,

crafting of requirements and detailing of materials and everything related to production

guidelines and idea crafting, materials, giveaways and events of created campaigns. He/she will

also be responsible for supporting the Marketing Planner on data collection and research and

schedule preparation.

Main Job Responsibilities:

/Participate in daily meetings with the Marketing team;

/Manage the interface between members of the Marketing team and other departments;

/Workflow and task management;

/Research suppliers using both internet and phone;

/Survey and creation of requirements;

/Collect quotations;

/Creation of worksheets;

/Presenting ideas and solutions to the team;

/Providing support to the Marketing Manager and Planner in strategic planning;

/Collaborate in research and survey of information to the database of market data;

/Survey of suppliers;

/Contribute with new ideas for campaigns;

/Create scope and detail of production for giveaways, events and materials in general;

 

Skills/Experience>

/Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related field;

/At least two years of experience in similar role;

/Ability to describe materials to budget solicitation;

/Knowledge of different types of suppliers;

/Ability finding suppliers in different parts of the world;

/Ability in schedule management;

/Good knowledge of Excel;

/Fluent English is mandatory.
