Mid-Level Graphic Designer

The Mid-Level Graphic Designer plays a key role in strengthening the executional capacity of the creative department, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across visual deliverables. This position is responsible for translating creative direction into well-resolved visual outputs, directly contributing to maintaining a high standard of quality across multiple projects and formats. The role involves close collaboration with creative leadership and multidisciplinary teams, supporting project development and ensuring visual consistency in all deliverables. We are looking for someone with strong executional autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent demands and a high level of rigor.

/Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual materials, presentations, and assets with aesthetic consistency and a high level of finish

• Translate creative direction into clear, organized, and well-executed visual outputs

• Support the development and maintenance of visual quality across projects

• Manage multiple demands simultaneously while maintaining organization and prioritization

• Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to align deliverables with project objectives

• Refine and iterate materials based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand and creative direction

• Organize files, assets, and deliverables within a structured and professional workflow

• Contribute to reducing operational bottlenecks and improving team efficiency

• Ensure visual consistency across formats, including digital, print, and presentations

• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and the use of AI in the creative process

 

/Ideal Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Experience in extending visual identities across multiple formats

• Ability to develop presentations with clarity and a high level of finish

• Strong organizational skills in managing files and deliverables

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with consistency

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to the creative process

• Experience with branding and communication materials is a plus

• Motion design or basic animation skills are a plus

• Organized profile, with autonomy, attention to detail, and accountability for deadlines
