Okan Tower
Okan Tower is a 70-story mixed-use tower rising approximately 902 feet above downtown Miami, positioning itself among the tallest buildings in the city. Developed by Okan Group and designed by Behar Font & Partners, the project introduces a new vertical landmark that combines hospitality, residential, and commercial programs within a singular architectural expression.
The tower integrates a 316-key Hilton hotel, condominium residences, condo-hotel units, office space, and retail—reflecting Miami’s increasing density and its evolution as a global urban center. Conceived as a mixed-use destination rather than an isolated object, Okan Tower contributes to the city’s skyline while engaging directly with the scale, rhythm, and energy of downtown.
Elephant Skin was responsible for the development of high-end 3D renderings for the project. The visual work focused on translating architectural intent, verticality, and proportion into a clear imagery system—supporting communication, positioning, and understanding of the tower’s presence within Miami’s evolving skyline.

For Okan Tower, Elephant Skin developed high-end 3D renderings to support the project’s positioning and communication at an urban scale. At Okan Tower, hospitality, private residences, and shared amenities are layered vertically to support everyday rhythm. Different modes of living—private, social, and urban—intersect within a single structure without friction.
Residents and guests move fluidly between spaces for living, working, and leisure. Pool decks, lounges, dining, and wellness areas function as extensions of daily life, balancing retreat and connection within the city.
This integrated approach defines a lifestyle shaped by flexibility, proximity, and constant engagement with Miami’s skyline and energy.
