Planning & Strategy Analyst
The Planning & Strategy Analyst plays a central role in building the strategic foundation behind ES projects, connecting market intelligence, positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy. This role is responsible for helping ensure that every project has clear differentiation, strategic coherence, and a compelling market presence.
The position works closely with the Global Head of Planning & Strategy and collaborates directly with Account Managers and creative teams, participating from market analysis to campaign structure and creative concept development. We are looking for someone with analytical thinking, strategic depth, and the ability to transform research, behavior, and market context into clear, relevant, and actionable strategic direction.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop market, competitor, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analysis

Identify strategic insights and positioning opportunities for real estate projects

Build clear, differentiated brand positioning aligned with each project’s context

Develop narratives, conceptual direction, and creative briefs for campaigns and launches

Structure go-to-market strategies considering buyer journey, marketing, and sales dynamics

Ensure strategic consistency between positioning, campaign, narrative, and execution

Collaborate with Account Managers and creative teams to connect strategy with implementation and schedules

Review materials and deliverables to ensure strategic alignment throughout projects

Contribute to the evolution of frameworks, methodologies, and strategic processes

Actively participate in project discussions, bringing critical thinking, analytical depth, and conceptual clarity
Ideal Candidate Profile:

1–3 years of experience in strategy, branding, marketing, or related areas
-
Experience with positioning, narrative development, campaigns, or brand strategy
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to transform research into strategic direction

Excellent written communication and ability to structure clear strategic thinking

Ability to connect insights, concepts, and execution in an integrated way

Structured, curious, and thoughtful profile with strategic depth

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Genuine interest in consumer behavior, decision-making, branding, and real estate
-
Experience or exposure to real estate is a plus, but not required

Fluent English
