Our team comprises 60 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, project managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.
We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, Portland, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to working with our team of designers and 3D artists to create and develop creative international marketing campaigns.
This role will require strong communication skills and a tenacious drive to keep projects on track and to facilitate collaboration with various internal departments, external vendors, freelancers, artists, and clients.

What we're looking for:
/Minimum of 3 years of experience with CGI, Marketing, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Graphic Design and/or Landscape Architecture;
/Experience managing designers, artists, and creative projects;
/Critical thinking, problem-solving, ability to craft creative solutions to stressful situations;
/Ability to manage different projects at the same time;
/Ability to work remotely and at different time zones;
/Proficient in documentation tools: Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, familiarity with Adobe Suite;
/Asana and Reviestudio is a plus.
/Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
/Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
/Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget;
/Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
/Ensure resource availability and allocation;
/Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
/Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
/Report and escalate to management as needed;
/Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
/Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
/Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
/Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
/Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels;
/Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
/Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;
/Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;
/Use and continually develop leadership skills;
/Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency;
/Perform other related duties as assigned;
/Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
