As a Project Manager at Elephant Skin, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the highest creative and strategic standards. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage client communications, and safeguard project timelines, budgets, and deliverables — all while fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment. Success in this role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, as you’ll often need to navigate changing priorities, evolving client needs, and shifting project scopes in a fast-paced global environment. Candidates with a background in Architecture or Marketing are strongly preferred.

KPIs: 

Project Planning & Execution

/Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules in alignment with the agreed scope;

/Coordinate internal resources and third-party contributors for flawless execution.;

/Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans;

Client Communication

/Serve as one of the main points of contact for clients, ensuring they are updated, engaged, and confident in our process;

/Communicate project status clearly, handle feedback loops efficiently, and manage expectations;

​

Team Coordination

/Collaborate daily with Creative Directors, Business Developers, Account Managers, and Production teams;

/Facilitate productive meetings, keep teams aligned with project goals, and help resolve blockers

​

Quality Control & Delivery

/Oversee review rounds, ensure deliverables meet Elephant Skin’s quality standards, and coordinate final deliveries;

/Monitor budgets and costs to ensure profitability without compromising quality;​​

​

Continuous Improvement

/Contribute ideas to optimize workflows and enhance project outcomes;

/Support the development of playbooks, templates, and processes for better efficiency;

Requirements:

/3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative agency, architecture, real estate, or visual production environment;

/Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first setting;

/Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in Architecture or Marketing preferred;

/Strong knowledge of the local real estate development market is a plus;

/Excellent organizational and time-management skills;

/Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

/Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and remote collaboration tools (Slack, G Suite, Zoom);

/Advanced in English; Portuguese is required. Additional languages are a plus;

/A proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment;

/Availability for occasional in-person meetings with clients when needed;

/Experience working with international clients or teams;

/Previous experience working for a real estate developer or direct involvement in real estate projects;

/Familiarity with architectural visualization, branding, or marketing campaign workflows;

/Passion for design, storytelling, and the real estate industry;
