We specialize in crafting sophisticated and uniquely creative storytelling, 3D renderings, animations, and films specially tailored to a property’s life cycle.

 

Our team comprises 90 talented people, among architects, 3D artists, designers, landscape architects, client managers, graphic designers, and real estate professionals, located in more than 20 different locations worldwide.

 

We have helped organizations meet their project marketing goals and currently have operations in Miami, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Shanghai.

The Project Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services and/or products provided by the company and any challenges are overcome. As well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and working within the boundaries of what is already offered by the employer, as a project relationship manager you may be involved in identifying new sales opportunities and making product development and sales teams aware of these.

Responsibilities:

/Availability to travel abroad may be required;

/Generating deep intel on the client’s wants and needs, exceeding their expectations;

/Planning and organizing the fulfillment of client orders to ensure timely delivery;

/Keeping all stakeholders informed of the progress of the projects at all times;

/Foreseeing problems and issues in advance;

/Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company at all times resolving any outstanding issues;

/Encouraging and asking for ongoing clients feedback;

/Managing challenging situations that may affect clients;

/Collaborating with other departments in the company to develop goals and strategies for retaining clients;

/Offering advice to clients on services and products;

/Effectively prioritize the work;

/Preparing and managing budgets in order to achieve targets and objectives;

/Coordinating the best approach to each project alongside the PO, Team Members and Campaign Strategy Team.


Skill/Experience:

/Advanced/fluent level of English;

/Management or Supervisor experience;

/Ability to meet and exceed goals;

/Ability to build relationships and teams;

/Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

/Ability to maintain and develop client business relationships;

/Showing a strong understanding of the company's products and services;

/Demonstrating architectural knowledge to read and understand technical drawings, related information, and terms;

/Display a patient, calm, polite, and professional behavior at all times;
