The creative inteligence for real estate

Quinta das Amoras
Quinta das Amoras is a contemporary residential development set in the mountains of Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro. Developed by SAAU, the project proposes a refined way of living rooted in nature, culture, and a slower perception of time.
Located in Vale Alpino, the development is composed of carefully integrated residences surrounded by preserved landscape, trails, and shared spaces designed to strengthen the relationship between architecture and the environment. The project was conceived to create long-term value through respect for the territory and the rhythms of everyday life.
Elephant Skin partnered with SAAU as an integrated go-to-market and storytelling advisor, translating the project’s philosophy into a clear narrative, positioning strategy, and commercial structure. The work focused on time as experience — guiding tone, messaging, and the overall presentation of the project.
Elephant Skin’s scope included the commercialization playbook, narrative development, content systems, launch strategy, and high-performance visual assets, all designed as part of a single sales and conversion ecosystem.
The project was structured to support long-term absorption and value perception, aligning storytelling, experience design, and sales tools into a cohesive and disciplined go-to-market system.

A Go-to-Market Strategy Shaped by Place
Quinta das Amoras is a nature-driven residential development in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro. Set in Vale Alpino, the project required a go-to-market strategy capable of translating territory, landscape, and a slower way of living into a clear commercial narrative—without diluting its essence.
Elephant Skin worked alongside SAAU to define the project’s positioning, narrative system, and commercialization strategy. The approach balanced emotional storytelling with commercial discipline, ensuring long-term value perception, pricing consistency, and sustainable absorption.

Duda Porto’s architecture is defined by restraint, sensitivity to place, and a deep respect for landscape. His work seeks balance between contemporary form and the natural environment, allowing architecture to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings rather than impose itself.
At Quinta das Amoras, the architectural approach responds gently to the topography and vegetation of Vale Alpino. Simple volumes, honest materials, and careful proportions shape residences designed to enhance daily life, where comfort, light, and nature coexist in quiet harmony.

BRUNO GAGLIASSO
Bruno Gagliasso’s presence in the campaign goes beyond visibility. His participation reflects a genuine alignment with the values and lifestyle proposed by Quinta das Amoras—nature, simplicity, and a conscious relationship with time and place.
When working with public figures, relevance matters more than reach. At Quinta das Amoras, the choice was intentional: a voice that resonates with the project’s way of living, not one that distracts from it. The result is a narrative that feels authentic, coherent, and naturally connected to the territory being presented.

FROM ROYAL GRACE,
TERÊ WAS BORN
Born in Italy in 1822, Teresa Cristina de Bragança became Empress of Brazil alongside Dom Pedro II, leaving a cultural and historical legacy that still resonates today. Her presence is deeply connected to Teresópolis, the mountain city named in her honor—Terê—where nature and history quietly converge.
In campaigns like Quinta das Amoras, these layers of meaning matter. Beyond showcasing the project itself, bringing real stories, origins, and context helps create depth and credibility. History becomes a narrative tool—not as ornament, but as substance.
Like the hydrangeas that adapted and flourished in Terê’s landscape after arriving from Europe, the city reflects continuity and resilience. Teresa Cristina’s legacy endures not through monuments, but through atmosphere, character, and time—elements that elevate the story by momentarily stepping beyond the project, and grounding it in something larger and lasting.

The First Light of Vale Alpino
A campaign guided by light and shadow. Inspired by the early hours of Vale Alpino, the visuals capture the feeling of waking up—quiet moments, soft light, and dramatic contrast.

Every element of the campaign was designed to quietly reinforce the identity of Quinta das Amoras. Branding appears through materiality, color, light, and everyday moments—never as a statement, always as presence.
By translating the project’s atmosphere into small, familiar scenes, the narrative invites people to momentarily step inside the place—to almost smell the coffee, feel the mountain breeze, and sense the rhythm of life there. The goal is not to show the project, but to make it felt.

VALE TROUT
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh trout (cleaned and descaled).
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, and parsley for seasoning.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation:
01. Wash the trout under running water and dry them carefully with paper towels.
02. Season the trout inside and out with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
03. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to absorb the
flavors of the seasonings.
04. Preheat a grill, griddle, or skillet over mediumheat.
05. Brush some olive oil on the trout to prevent them from sticking to the grill.
06. Grill the trout for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is cooked through and the
skin is crispy.
07. When turning the trout, you can drizzle a littlemore olive oil and add more fresh herbs to
enhance the flavors.
Sides: grilled vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes, or
green salad.

Where the Landscape Sets the Pace
The landscape at Quinta das Amoras follows the natural contours of Vale Alpino, shaping paths and shared spaces that encourage slower movement and everyday encounters with nature. Rather than imposing order, the design allows the land to lead—creating an environment where time expands, views unfold gradually, and daily life is guided by light and seasonality.

Architecture, Typologies, and Decision-Making
The architectural and interior strategy at Quinta das Amoras was designed to clearly differentiate each typology while maintaining a consistent language across the project. Materials, proportions, and spatial organization vary to create distinct levels of privacy and intimacy, without fragmenting the overall identity.
Elephant Skin structured the presentation of the typologies using the same visual and narrative assets, allowing buyers to compare options through experience rather than abstraction. This approach supports clearer decision-making, reinforcing value perception and helping each buyer identify the typology that best fits their lifestyle.

SAAU leads Quinta das Amoras with a development approach rooted in long-term value, territorial sensitivity, and disciplined execution. The project reflects the company’s commitment to creating residential environments that balance architecture, landscape, and lifestyle without compromising coherence or quality.
Rather than pursuing excess or scale for its own sake, SAAU’s strategy prioritizes clarity of concept, careful integration with the site, and a consistent standard across all typologies. The result is a development guided by intention—where every decision supports durability, usability, and a strong sense of place.

Quinta das Amoras shows how Teresópolis is part of the product. The strategy begins before the site itself, requiring an architecture of information that guides perception from Rio to the mountains, and from context to place. By structuring the narrative as a gradual reveal—landscape, journey, and only then architecture—the project allows value to be understood before it is presented. For Elephant Skin, this approach reinforces that the path to the product is an essential part of the experience.
