We’re looking for an Upper Intermediate 3D Artist.

 

Not a rookie, not the Michelangelo of pixels (yet). But someone who can take a brief, make it shine, and still have the freedom to mess up, because growth comes with dust on the floor.

 

And yes, it’s remote.

The Upper Intermediate 3D Artist is a well-rounded professional with a strong balance of technical expertise and artistic sensibility to create interior and exterior high-quality scenes with supervision of the team leader. You must be proficient in camera setup, shading, landscaping, lighting, composition and post-production. Organization, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit are essential. You will also play a role in supporting junior and intermediate artists, helping them grow while consistently delivering outstanding results.

KPI's:

/Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings, supervised by the project leader;

/Create great landscaping, supervised by the project leader. Forest Pack expertise required;

/Apply photography principles (camera, lighting, composition) to achieve realistic and compelling scenes;

/Match lighting, mood, and atmosphere to references provided;

/Optimize and manage complex scenes, supervised by the project leader;

/Adjust and refine models of common architectural elements;

/Maintain an organized, optimized workflow, including use of layers, proxies, XRefs, and naming conventions;

/Collaborate with the creative team to develop storytelling for scenes;

/Present ideas, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative and professional manner;

/Support junior artists;

Skills & Experience:​

/3+ years of experience in architectural visualization companies;

/Strong adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning;

/Solid knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Forest Pack and Adobe Photoshop;

/Basic knowledge about AI workflows is a plus;

/Knowledge about softwares like Marvelous, GrowFx, Phoenix FD, Tyflow and others are a plus;

/Ability to refine and adjust clean architectural models;

/Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under minimal direction;

/Able to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment;

/Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;

/Comfortable with meeting deadlines while maintaining quality;

/Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and constructively;

/Mid to advanced post-production skills;

/Advanced lighting solutions with clear hierarchy and mood proposition;

/Proficient in Portuguese and/or English;
